Your first Thrive meeting will be with your primary care provider. You’ll then be paired with one of our Integrative and Functional Nutrition professionals as the second member of your care team.
To book your first primary care appointment, please head to our online scheduling link HERE. Pick on the primary care drop-down and select a practitioner. Important: make sure to book at least a week from now, so that you have time to complete your intake forms. The forms must be complete before we approve your first appointment.
